Nottingham Swim Club members are welcome to reserve one or more tables under our pavilion for a birthday party, family get together, or poolside meeting.

• Reservations are on a first come first served basis, ask the guards about signing up in the club house, and subject to availability. See our Events page for previously scheduled club events that may limit pavilion availability and/or pool use.
• There is no fee to reserve one or more tables. For large groups we ask that you reserve in advance and all guest fees apply for swimmers and non swimmers over 2 years old. Guest fees are $5 each person.
• Cash is accepted by the guards for guests at check in or members can log into Membersplash to purchase guest passes via credit card in advance.
• There are many wooden picnic tables and multiple propane gas grills (bring your own grilling utensils) under the pavilion. We ask that you clean the grill off at the end of your grilling needs.
• We also fans and lighting for the hot summer evenings.
